Normally nothing. Its good wrapped in bacon and then grilled. You can brush it with a little oil or butter so it wont stick to the grill. Shrimp has such a lovely flavor already that it simply doesnt need anything to overpower it.

I guess one could use Cajun spices or seasoning blackening seasoning or lemon pepper. Brush with herbed garlic butter.
